Submissions are routed via Make (a GDPR-compliant automation processor) and recorded in a private CRM (Notion). They are not shared with third parties or used for marketing.
How long we keep it
If we don't end up working together, your information is deleted within 90 days. If you become a client, the regulated relationship and full fact find moves into St. James's Place's secure systems and this enquiry record is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information at any time — just reply to any email exchange. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
